Extra charges
If you're considering purchasing pomclear/colopure think again. You will get stuck with paying a restock fee for a product you never wanted, I orderd both products from the SAME company only to pay two seperate shipping and handeling fees. If you get through to someone they're rude and useless. I was screwed and that crap caused me to be over drawn . Dont fall for it

Received products not ordered
I ordered what I thought was a free supply, all I was to pay was shipping and received $40.00 worht of products I did not order. I returned them but understand that I will not be credited the full amount. I do not want any more of the product.

immediate charge to credit card
I was led to believe that only shipping would be billed to my credit card, instead I was billed immediately for the product, which shoud not have happened until aster 14 days.

Overcharge
Watch out for hidden charges!!! You won't get through via telephone. They are a disceptive company - stay away. Who knows it might even be a good product, but we'll never know because they are in it for the quick buck.

THEY OFFER A NO RISK, SHIPPING ONLY CHARGE. ON THE ORDER FORM THERE ARE ITEMS CHECK MARKED THAT YOU DON'T NOTICE UNTIL YOU SEE THE CHARGE COME THROUGH. THEY WON'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR YOU. YOU MUST RECEIVE THE ORDER, RETURN IT AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, AND YOU ARE CHARGED A RESTOCK FEE. IF YOU ARE LEAVING THE SITE WITHOUT ORDERING, A WINDOW POPS UP THAT SAYS SOMEONE WANTS TO HAVE A LIVE CHAT AND CHARGE YOU ONLY $1.99 FOR SHIPPING. THERE ISN'T ANYONE CHATTING. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY HANG UP ON YOU, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CLAIM TO PRIDE THEMSELVES ON. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DECEITFUL.
