I WENT ONLINE TO GET A COPY OF CREDIT REPORT AND WHEN IT WANTED MONEY OR CREDIT CARD I ENTERED IT BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME FINISH AND GET MY REPORT BUT CHARGED ME 29.95 TWICE AND 1.00 THREE TIMES SO WHAT IS UP WITH THIS?...

GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK!!
I had unauthorized charges on my card as well, and it was actually on an account that I no longer use, but keep open just in case. I also have all electronic statements, so I never check it unless I buy something with my card. I used this account to put gas in my car and when I went online to pay the bill I had more than a $150 balance (6 months of $19.95 plus interest and late fees for not paying the bill). When I called 888-840-6301 and was obviously furious the initial person I talked to refunded me the most recent month and gave me to a supervisor. He asked me what I wanted and I told him all my money back including interest and late fees on my card. I didn't have to put up much of a fight and he said all the money would be in my account within 3 business days. I had a little difficult time believing him, but sure enough two days later all the money was back in my account. So, if this is happening to you...CALL!!!

I wish I had more information on this company that has repeatedly been charging my debit card over $30 a month! I want a full refund of everything! Please help!

Unauthorized charge
I accepted an offer for a free credit report and found out that I had to sign up for PMIdentity for $1. After finding out that as I went through the web site there were other such connected offers, I called and canceled my membership. Then, I found a $19.95 on my credit card that should never have been there. The phone number on my credit card allowed me to call them. I did reach a rep (finally) and was assured that a credit would be sent in two or three days... we'll find out. Beware of this outfit.

Unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account.
After using the service one time, they continue to withdraw from my account monthly. Nothing I have done with regard to contacting them has stopped this unauthorized service.

Automatic withdrawls
PMIdentity is a huge scam and the company Intelius is letting them get away with it. My wife thought she was paying a one time fee to look at the history on a house we were thinking about purchasing and they have been withdrawing 19.95 out of our account ever since. To there credit they did give us an imediate refund for the current month. That is about all the credit I can give these a**holes. Do not support Intelius or PMIdentity!!!

money taken out of my account after I already contacted them to stop
I have had a charge of 19.95 taken out of my bank account w/out my authorization. This has already happened in the past and I have contacted this company and asked them to stop. They responded and assured me that the charges would cease.
Today I just checked my bank account online only to find that there is another charge for 19.95 taken out of my account, and the amazing thing is I have since changed my credit card number because of this exact thing. How did they get my new number? and How do I get these charges to stop and get my money back?
