No complaint
I JUST WANTED TO SAY WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE PORTARIT STUDIO. MY PHOTGRAPHER'S NAME IS LORI AND SHE WELCOMED ME AND MY SON WITH A BIG SMILE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PRETTY BUSY. I HAVE TO SAY I HAVENT BEEN TO WALMART PORTRAIT STUDIO IN OVER A YEAR BUT I HAD TO TRY OUT THE NEW SYSTEM. I LOVED IT. I CAME IN WITH COUPON BUT LORI STILL WAS DETERED. I AM VERY GLAD I WENT THERE FOR MY SON'S 3 YR PIX AND I HOPE OTHERS WILL LIKE IT TOO. thank you lori u did an amazing job

No complain, great service
We had such a good experience at the photo center inside of wall-mart, We went in on Saturday June 28th 2008 which was my son's birthday and they were all booked and Jenna from that store employee number or store number 11545 took my two children to help us out for my mother was leaving the next day. She was so pleasant and great and fast at what she did. My youngest son doesn't like to take photos and every last pose he took, was WONDERFUL. Jenna is a great employee in our eyes and wonderful at her job. She took us on a whim and made our portrait experience lovely. She deserves a job well done in our eyes. Not many would have done what she did and to tell you the truth if they did they would have had an attitude and Jenna just treated us with respect and grace and great great niceness. She was Excellent. We will be back there to take our Christmas photos. Thanks so much for listening...

Terrible service
I took my 2 year old granddaughter to have her photo made for her 2nd Bday. The person working there was not very friendly and pretty much scared my granddaughter (who is usually all smiles and happy.) The photographer then told me, "Well you ain't gonna get any pictures pit of her" and I said its her 2nd Bday and Id like to try. So she just took some shots and then she told me I would have to take whatever the first one was no matter how it looked. It was awful! She then said I cant help you and you'll just have to either take them or cancel it.
Awful service, beware all!

Did not receive quality service
I called your company to launch a complaint and I was directed by the representative to send a letter for review and reimbursement, which I did approx 4 weeks ago. I have not receive any acknowledgment concerning my letter.

about the picture and customer services
I had my daugther picture taken at the picture me studio on the 3/16/08 and i paid in full and then the told me and even wrote on the paper that it was due on the 3/27/08 went to pick it up it wasn't there and the associate told me to call back after 3:30 p.m when fed ex deliver so i call and the associate that didn't have any custermer service training had me on hold for a good 20 minutes and that was minutes wasting on my cell phone, so i decide to go up there, so when i go up there she had just heng up the phone from my phone call, then she ask me if i was there to pick up and i said yes this the second time i'm here to pick up the picture and it wasn't there so i got to go back another day, they need to have the picture there when they tell you because thge gas is going up for them to have you going up there every minute.
They need to work on they customer service.

Terrible customer service
I went into the Picture me portrait studio on 3/9/08 to get my daughters Easter Pictures done, the lady said she could get me in around 12:00. Finally around 12:30 we started the session. The lady was very rude, kept making comments rude comments about how horrible my daughter was, and messy (she is almost 19month). After all was said and done I got no pictures and wasted 2 1/2 hours.
