Purchased the past, present, future ring in white gold. The band turned yellow and had to be "dipped". According to the store this is normal. I Purchased the Lifetime Jewellry Protection Plan. When I picked up the ring, all they did was polish it. The band on the ring was still yellow. Don't waste your money on this store. I contacted Peoples Customer Service Office and they have not responded back to me.
