I bought "swamp land in Florida" falling for Angela Pennbrook's Processing Rebates from Home scam. Purchased the "services" for $197 on March 7, 2008. Some 44 days later, I decided the process was much too cumbersome, as I could not seem to locate the core services advertised.

On April 20, 2008 I called to excercise my 90-day full money-back guarantee, and actually spoke to someone! On April 22nd, I received a credit of $197 to my credit card, however, ironically enough, a SECOND CHARGE of $197 was posted to my credit card account the very next day, April 23rd!

My attempts to contact Pennbrook Productions were futile...literally 15 efforts made to call them regarding the second charge. All yielding a fast busy signal and/or "all circuits busy" message. Luckily, I used a credit card, so I disputed the 2nd charge with my credit card company, which they adjusted expeditiously. Thank you CapOne!

I feel dooped, disappointed and passionately angry over this situation - companies like this should be REQUIRED to pay back the disappointed consumer 3 FOLD their invested money, for the time and effort it takes in getting their situation favorably resolved.

As the saying goes, I'm MAD AS HE_ _ AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!! If anyone knows a way to seek retribution from this company, shout out to me!
