I recently purchased this software as a result of their claim that it would "clean up" my computer and improve performance. Following my purchase of their product and running it on my desktop there was no noticable difference. I then called the toll free number at the top of their blog for free 24/7 online help to speed up my computer and was connected to operators in India. After paying $70 to this company they helped make a big difference in my computer's performance.
PC Booster's charges, however, are still on my AMERICAN EXPRESS and, in my experience, their software is useless. I feel strongly that I should receive a refund. I also feel that I should turn them in to the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau for marketing a worthless product.
