Park Crest Apartment's At Innisbrook application fee scam.. Buyer beware. OK so here is what they do..You go in and look at there apartments to rent but because of tight discrimination laws they can not turn you away or deny you based on your appearance but they can turn you away or deny you based on your credit rating or criminal background but of course you do not know there standards. So you put down a application fee of say 50.00 and you leave thinking you got a nice home to move to Right? Well nope you don't you just lost your money as soon as you gave it to them. Here is how it works...Since they cant tell you sorry you look shady or you are the wrong race, sex ect..they have to run a back ground check on you and of course if you don't meet there standards at the they can find something wrong with you IE low credit score to many traffic tickets or you farted wrong. ( are you following ) But of course its the owner or home office of the company that turned you down not them they love you!! So they get your money legally, tell you sorry but you cant move here and no one gets sued!! So lets see 3 people a day at say $50.00 that's $150.00 a day for 5 days 750.00, and quickly do the math that's 35, 000 a year! wow nice little profit. I wonder how many other apartment place are doing this to people at a time where people are getting screwed by the banks and have no place to live.
