not to help a customer in need i will never go to them again for any thing.
Our installation on clothing washer was done by IDIOTS, it was worse with dishwasher . crimped copper water line, to waist line causing flood in basement (forced 1/2 " line into 1/2" waist line) paid for install had to go to home depot to repair myself theirtheir installation is N.G. repair service is poor as well, commercial is bogus first time figured oh well second time never again, I called RVC store and recieved nothing but a arogant manager that seemed to only interested in sales, and not to help a customer in need i will never go to them again for any thing.

if you got warranty we would come right away
PC Richards sells products it knows are unreliable but makes big markup on product it knows are crap. LG appliances are garbage go see LG complaints online. The LG refrigerator they sold is crap there was intermittent banging noises from motor day or so after receiving item then 6 months later it broke we lost hundreds of dollars of food and PC serviceman took 4 days to come. July 4th vacation was ruined because we needed to wait for repairman to service unit. I made e-mails and calls to LG and no one returned my calls. PC Richards said if you got warranty we would come right away, strange the serviceman who is coming today said he was sent from PC Richards. I will keep you posted

PC Richard for a while now and this time they are really going to lose me a customer;.
I bought my Samsung UN55B8500 TV last April 2010 with a 2 year warranty. Within a month of having the TV the power board went. I took it to Samsung my self and they replaced the power board because the tv was under the 1st year. Since May now PC Richard has come twice to my home to fix the tv. All different problems;. Now it's May 2011 and the tv is back at PC richard service department getting fixed again;. It has been almost there for week and i haven't heard anything back from the Service manger Allen A/.on the status of what is wrong.. I have email Allen few time already and still no response". I think I received one bad tv from Samsung manufacture line.. I've been shopping with PC Richard for a while now and this time they are really going to lose me a customer;.

Miss before a product is delivered? Something is dreadfully wrong with them.
PC Richards has worst service I've ever experienced. Store phone service defers to promising manager phone back; they never phone back. Told my salesperson is on vacation. Told manager is on vacation. Took day off of work for promised delivery;. After waiting and phoning, I was told that told product was out of stock!. Next delivery appointment: Insurance papers not filed'. I had phoned store repeatedly telling them to send papers/. Spent a morning getting papers for third delivery?. Took another day off of work?. PC Richards failed to show for their third scheduled appointment|. How many days of work do they expect me to miss before a product is delivered? Something is dreadfully wrong with them.

I am pregnant...and have no food in my refrigerator over a MONTH. I have a question how does a brand new fridge stop working only six months into the purchase? Every time they send someone to "fix" it the problem still persist. I need a working fridge, I have no time to be wasting playing games with PC Richards and their horrible technicians. Every time we call for service is weeks apart that they schedule a person to diagnose the problem then they have to come back again another week to fix it...and that has been the cycle over a freaking month now...WTF!! Where the *** is my NEW fridge..they are selling unreliable appliances to the public and do not want to take responsibility for it. So now Im on their terms on when the *** I can have a working refrigerator and I have a baby on the way...this is unacceptable. Im still waiting for what i thought was a good purchase...DO NOT BUY FROM PC RICHARDS...IM ABOUT TO

Horrible experience! Purchased a new refrigerator from them, all went fine until after a tech call. The refrigerator began making knocking noises (very loud) within days. I called for service and a very nice technician came out and advised me that the sealed system was leaking in more than one spot and the unit should be replaced. Thus began my journey into confusion and mismanagement with PC. Daily emails telling me I would be having a service call, which I never received, calls to the service department telling me to call the next day (for several days), service people telling me they would "definitely" call me back, who did not. I was finally able to get help through the kindness of one gentlemen, who was finally able to assure me the refrigerator would be replaced (although I still have not had the new one delivered as of yet--so we shall see), only to receive a call the next day telling me my part was in and a tech would be out to "repair the refrigerator" All of this for a refrigerator that is now less than 4 weeks in my home! Ugh! I will never make a purchase from PC ever again! Please take your business elsewhere!

PC Richards needs new service reps
I bought a fridge in 2004 with 10 yr warranty. Third time the defrost mechanism has malfunctioned, resulting in the fridge becoming warm and the freezer extra cold?. Electronic part had to be replaced.. Today's service rep, Gabriel, was so unfriendly from the start, no eye contact, barely mumbled hello, etc.. Took freezer apart then said I will need to replace the electronic part which will cost a lot of $$$?. Didn't believe it had been replaced in the past or that it was still under warranty/. I had to prove it, then he ordered the part.. Asked why this keeps happening, said just be happy it works when we replace the part?. Gee, thanks. 422556

I feel we were taken atvantage of the that the company committef fraud
We bought all our appliances, including the regrif in question GE Profile . We were told at the time of purchase that the appliances were all new and had a few dents, cosmetic problems. OK we said we can live with that. WE purchased the appliances.

Many months went by 7 unti our new home was completed to instal.. We kept the appliances safe in heated garage.

When installed, the ice maker did not work as the hose was leaking. Other problems arose after we called GE including the hindge was broken, door suction was striped. We then were told from the GE Co. that the unit was 5 years, used as food was found in both the freezer and bin. GE was very apologetic and said this was not fair and illegal to sell a used refrigerator. They are behing us 100%. The unit was built in 2005 and they don't sell this anymore.
We also found the GE profile stove was also used and they said it was brand new.
PC Richards carefully wrap they appliances with new packing material so the customer thinks the unit is new.

I will never do business with this awful store again.
After spending $4000 on a washer and dryer with an extended 10 year warranty, my washing machine broke down. I called for service under the warranty and was told by the independent (contracted by PC Richard) service tech that the machine was not economical to repair and was a fire hazard.

PC Richard assured me that I would have a new washer within 3 days. I called to check status the next day and was told that they were ordering parts to repair the washing machine instead of giving me a new one. Why would I want to use a washing machine that was deemed a fire hazzard.

Continued calls to the service department to no avail. I will never do business with this awful store again.

I have it on my waranty papers but they still do not honor it
I bought a tv and purchase a 5 years warranty and tried to get extra 5 years. Charlie told me they dont not extend tv waranties. I have it on my waranty papers but they still do not honor it.
