I ordered a pair of boots online and used my credit card. I was told they would be shipped within 8 - 10 days. Within the first 6 days the order was cancelled when I checked on line. When I received my credit card statement they charged my card $93.99. I tried calling them and emailing them to receive a refund and I haven't heard anything. I have researched a web site to try to check on what to do about this. I would like to file a complaint and receive my refund.
