We made reservations to stay in a cabin named Blue Haven (Blue Heaven on the website). They claimed that it would sleep eight people. We paid $1489 for 4 days during the Thanksgiving weekend. They told us that it would have 1 King and 3 queen beds in four bedrooms. As it turned out, there was one king, it was a comfortable bed. There was one queen, it was very old and sagged in the middle. There was a double bed in each of the remaining two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms was obviously an add on. The only way to get into it was through a door in the main bathroom. It did not have adequate heat and the floor was damp and room drafty. We paid for a unit that would sleep 8, but it would only sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen table was a small round table to seat 4, there were 4 barstools around a tiny overhang. There were also mice in the cabin. We did find it clean but not with adequate toilet paper and paper towels as well as towels for 4 days and 8 people. We also had a difficult time accessing cable and the internet which they claimed to have. I contacted the office after returning. The woman I spoke to was very defensive and kept insisting that there were 3 queen beds. She said she would have someone call me. I never received any calls. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a complaint, no reply.
