Cancelling membership
I subscribed to their $49.95 per month plan in April. 10 days later I decided to cancel my membership because I found something that fits my needs better. They have a 14 day cancellation requirement, so I thought I will be fine. I tried to contact them about the cancellation via email but received no response. I called them but my calls do not go through. I am starting to think that this company is a fraud.

Beware
I recently signed up with these guys for a FREE Kit which I paid $1.95 for. I noticed 2 months later, they were charging my credit card $65 for ongoing fees (which i knew nothing about).
I also never received the FREE Kit in my email, so this has really bugged me.
On their website they state that if you wish to cancel your account you just email them (I have done this countless times, and have had no response from them, they just keep charging me fees)
I have never logged into my account, as I have no username/password to do so.
They also state on their website that the program may not work for people internationally, however they sell the FREE kit to you anywhere in the world.
What can I do to stop them charging my account??
Any help would be appreciated. I am in Australia.

Illegal access to my credit card to $160AUSD
Apparently, I had purchased a packet on information about selling on ebay back in December of 2007. When I paid the $1.95 for the packet, it stated that there was no obligation. We all know what that means, now don't we? There was no explanation of terms of service or anything like that. Just pay shipping and handling, receive the packet and that's it.
First of all, I never received the packet and to be quite frank, I never gave it a second thought considering I only paid less than two bucks for the info. The website I looked at on May 13th is not the same website I sent the $1.95 payment to back in December. The website may have been switched or upgraded since then, but the website I purchased the packet from made no mention of a '14-day trial or any other cost...like I said, 'no obligation'...
Now my Credit Card (which was innactive, since I wasn't using it) is overdrawn, and this company has fraudulently removed over $160 AUSD!

Unfair Business Practice
Just as others have complained I was taken by this Company for approximately $300.00 before I realized what was going on. My fault that I didn't catch the charge on my credit card until 6 months after they started and because you are a "subscriber" neither your credit card company or Onlinesupplier will refund you your money. The company's approach is they will send you information for $1.95 on how to make money selling on line. I never received the information and within 14 days of the initial material being sent (according to onlinesupplier) you are automatically charged $49.95 per month for the subscription. This is an absolute rip as I never received anything from this company. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE.

Fraudulent amounts of money taken from my debit card
In February this company offered soft ware pack for the sum of £1.03. I did not receive any goods. The company took the original £1.03 from my Debit card. Since then I have had three further debits taken of $49.95 ?!
This is fraudulent and I have contacted my bank. I have emailed the company and have not had a reply. What else can I do now?
Thank you.

Dropping membership
I cannot afford to pay $49.95 per month, I am trying to cancel my membership within the 14 day requirement. I have tried to reach them by phone and the message is that they cannot receive calls . I have tried to reach them by email and cannot get through so now I don't know what to do so that I will not have to pay this.

It turned into a trap!
I got involved in what was suppose to be a survey. It turned into a trap hard to escape. Futuremarriage.com was the Email service. I signed to pay 1.95 just to try and get the survey satisfies and to enable me to get out. I got a credit card charge for 49.95 and choked. I called the company and was only able to recover 24.95. Haven't seen it yet however.

Stick out for indemnities for sufferers for losses!
As the other persons, three or four weeks ago I read e-mails in my mail box and opened the e-mail from Online Supplier. They prompted me to use their kit enabling me to make money part-time or full-time. With that tool they promised me access to thousands of brand name products, and to help me making a success, providing me with access to thousands of brand name products and a web based tutorial detailing how to set up my eventual online business and my eventual own web store. They wanted from me only US$1.95 by way of so called administrative fee. In fact OnlineSuppplier sent me the e-mail with the material they named OnlineSupplier program. And I did not expect more. Yesterday (Dec. 27, 2006) I looked in wonder that my bank account was charged US$49.95 on Dec.23, 2006.although I did nor arder anything from those robbers. I will file a dispute with my bank, I decided to report the BadBusinessBureau As the OnlineSupplier acts in co-operation with eBay and with Freelotto.com (their offers appear in connection with those above mentioned subjects) it is necessary to warn people visiting WEB pages of those subjects and to stick out for indemnities for sufferers for losses.
