We have purchase onida washing machine 60h hydro shakti last two year ago.Now after an year, there is a problem in motor. motor not working.I lodged a complaint to onida service centre in nagpur (electro services, 205, chatrapati nagar, nagpur.)one of their engineer visited and tell for the motor change but motor not available in service center.he told to be replaced and he suggested that, he will come back in two days with the new motor and get it fitted. After that, there is no sign of any onida engineer visit. We have called the service centre for this complaint & I personaly visited servicse center but every time they tell that, but they will not send their engineer. If by any chance the onida head office team looks into this complaint. Kindly take neccessary action on nagpur service centre(electro servises).The complaint loged Kindly also help us in sorting out the problem as soon as possible.
