July4th, while on my computer, I was notified that I had 32 security threats. Being spooked as requested, I proceeded to fill out my personal info including my credit card # in order to download an upgraded program, which I did until I was asked for a password, to a username I hadn't used for years. I then became aware that this was some kind of scam so I exited the sight. But, the charge of $79.95 was posted to my credit card even though the upgrade was never done. On, July 10th, I contacted USAA, my credit card company and informed them of this illegal charge. Every few days I would call them and was told the item was in dispute. Aug. 6th, received a letter from USAA, stating the following, "We have written on 7/22/08, concerning a charge for $79.95 from Onebills.com, and not received a response, we assume the issue has been resolved and closing our file.

3 charges for services not asked for by me.one for$19.95, $24.95 and, 99.95

Their invasive antivirus ad AV2009Pro looks to good to be true and it is. They billed me for AV2009 $49.95, AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner 2008 $34.95 and Premium support $24.95 per year forever automatically updating every year. These guys are the TRUE Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. I called the support number 1-866-923-1420 and they said, "their servers were down so call back". I called back and they said, "there servers were down call back in 2 to 4 hours."

Here's what they do:
1) Illegal invasion into your computer,
2) Illegal and unauthorized billing,
3) Don't respond to support emails to cancel order,
4) Don't handle calls as their servers are down.

Don't do business with this company it is a criminally fraudulent business.

Unauthorized charges on my credit card. I have no idea who or
what this company "onebills.com" is about. How do I go about
