Unauthorized billing
This company called OAN services somehow manages to put a fraudulent charge on my Verizon bill. The charge was absolutely unauthorized and I could not even get Verizon to credit the account. I had to call OAN services directly. This is very upsetting. This company should be put out of business. This is a rip off!

Fraud
I was looking over my phone bill this morning and much to my surprise there was a charge from some company called OAN Services for $13.27. I called the phone company they said they couldn't help me and that I would have to talk to OAN directly. After talking to OAN I found out that they charged me for a service that I was said to have signed up for (I didn't sign up for anything web hosting service).
Be aware that OAN Services is out there and is willing to bill anyone and everyone they can. My suggestion is to review your bills every month, if you see OAN be aware of their unethical business practices.

Fake service
I've been charge $14.35 on my AT&T Phone bill for a service that I didn't even know about. And I'm mad as hell. These people charging my phone for something that I found out that isn't anything at all, but phone robbers. I'm planning on reporting this service to the FBI for further investigation. Also I have tried calling these people in concern of this charge and went through the operator machine that they had only to get a disconnected tone and be tole this call could not be completed, it burns me up. So I'm a witness to this and think that we should take further actions in getting these people caught. Because we have a hard enough time managing our bills as it is and do not need help add on to them.

Another phone scam via AT&T
AT&T has decided to partner up with OAN Services, which runs a scam operation. I was getting billed about $13 per month for 5 months. When I called to inquire, the rude person on the phone, who called himself Andrew, claimed I had signed up for their services via the internet. I informed him I had not, and he gave me a name of someone who allegedly signed up for the service, using my home phone number. This was not my name, nor that of anyone I know. He said their "verification" process involves asking the person to verify they are over 18, and verify they are authorized to make order the service. That is, they basically ask the person if they are committing fraud, and, if they say no, that is good enough for OAN. I know there are plenty of scam artists out there, but why does AT&T seem to gladly hook up with them?

Unauthorized charges for voice-mail services
I have just discovered that I have been billed $21.35 per month (for over a year) for voice-mail services through Verizon by a "third party biller", OAN Services. These services were never authorized. When I phoned OAN to find out who authorized this and when, customer service was not forthcoming with the information. I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Unauthorized charges on At&t bill in the amount of $13.60 - E-mailed them informing that the amount will be deducted from bill and no future charges will be paid either.

False charge
We had a charge of $12.95 in our bill from a Oan Services inc and we dont know why can you please figure this out and take it off. Make sure this does not happen again my parents got really upset because the internet bill and phone bill was really high it was because there was some kind of fee from a website no one entered it came from Oan services inc please figure out why and dont let it happen again. I thank you for the time to read this but hopefully you guys figure out why and how this happened thanks!

Phone bill charges!
We can't seem to get them to stop charging our phone bill for something we did not request. We've called them & was told it would be stopped; that it might take a couple of months to get straightened out, but we are still getting billed. This needs to stopped.

Bogus charges on phone bill!
I received charges on my AT&T home phone bill for $9.23 (8.43 + communication taxes) on a day that I was 1000 miles away from my home. When I called their 800 number on my bill the person on the other side of the world said it could take up to two billing cycles for the charge to be removed. That means they get to use this money for two months with no interest. That is just my $10 plus how many others? 1,000... 10,000 ... 100,000... 1,000,000 x $10.00 easy money for OAN. How many people would even notice this charge. It was easy for me to spot my phone bill is normally $24.00 per month. Some people may have larger phone bills and the charge may go unnoticed or they don't think it is worth disputing. Now I have to pay the additional charges to avoid additional charges for not paying the scammed charges while they have my money (and others) in their pocket for two months interest free. This needs to be stopped. I vaguely remember this happening before with my phone bill but not sure if it was the same company.
