Scam and cheating
We are a company not a person. They have gotten us for the last 3 bills! We called it in today and this is what happned. Called OAN they told us to call ATT. ATT said call OAN again bc they couldnt cxl. Called OAN who hung up on us twice but then said call Info Dial.
Info dial gave a fictional name of a supposed employee named Courtney T who authorized We dont have anyone by that name as we are only 20 ppl in office.
Got a cancel notice from info dial. they got us for the last 3 months.

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING
They have charged to my Verizon telephone account a voicemail charge of $15.41. Last month I was charged $13.32 by Enhanced Services Billing Inc. I don't use voicemail and I told Verizon they were unauthorized charges. Verizon said nothing much can be done except they supposedly blocked my account so that there will be no future billings. We will see next month.
Scum like OAN, ESBI, Access Savings LLC ought to be destroyed and put out of business.

Fraudulent Charge
I just received a $22.95 charge on my AT&T bill from OAN Services. After contacting AT&T they told me I would have to deal with the company directly and gave me their telephone number: 800 926-7514. They had signed me up for VOIP. They claimed they had telephoned me. If they had, I never answered it. I have caller id and never answer calls from telemarketers. Plus, I am on the Do Not Call list. They also had an e-mail address that I never use. I called them and they said they would credit my account and gave me a confirmation number. We'll see how that goes next month.
I would advise everyone to check their phone bills.

Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges appeared on phone bill from Verizon, first for something called Greentree data setup. I tried to call, and have charge removed, no luck. First web site no good. Greentree site I was able to reach a page to cancel service we never asked for. This next month we got billed for another $8.73. Verizon denies involvement, thy're just billing service.

we are receiving charges from oan services on our landline bill. I have looked up oan, and everything says it is a fraud. How do we get this charge off our bill?

Scam Long Distance
My dad recently switched to FIOS received our phone bill and it came out for 400 dollars for a few calls made to Europe. I Called Verizon said I have to Call OAN Services. They guy told me my dad verbally agreed to this service 4 yrs ago and he canceled my service before I could finish telling my story to him. He said a supervisor will call us back. My dad has made called to Europe this past year and those charges were not there so they must have took his number and added him to their scam operation recently and the guy lied to me saying it was agreed 4 years ago because we never seem this before. Guy (jose) tried to make me look stupid saying oh you never checked you bill in 4 yrs sorry you have 30 days to cancel and we keep our voice recordings for only 2 yrs sorry you got to pay. THIS IS A SCAMMMM!

Fraudulent billing
I received a charge of $10.08 on my home phone bill back in Feb. 2009 from this company. When I called to ask them what the charge was for - they gave me a line that I had ordered to increase my email to 1 Gig. I never ordered this - never used it - would never even have a need for it (let alone, hardly knew what they were talking about). When I asked them to please remove this charge from my phone bill they assured me they would and it would take 30-60 billing days. It's now (as of July 2009) been 5 MONTHS. I have been deducting this amt. from my regular phone bill every month. I called my carrier (AT&T) today - and they were kind enough back in June to file a claim with this 3rd party on my behalf. When I called OAN last week - I was told it would come off in 2-3 days. Still waiting... Don't let these guys get away with this.

Unauthorized charges
I received my Verizon Wireless bill and saw a charge of OAN Services Inc. for $42.75. It said they were billing on behalf of Capital network. I had no idea what either company was but I know I did not order any services from them. they gave a phone number of 866-775-7166 so I called it and they said they would reverse the charge, but that they had already billed me for the following month. I told them to cancel it and they said they would. But then when I asked HOW they would reverse the charge, they changed their tune and said only Verizon could stop the charge. So I called Verizon and they said they would file a claim and I don't have to pay the charge for now. Whoever this OAN is, they are fraudulently adding charges to people's phone bills for services not ordered!

Terrible company
I am a small business who watches my expenses VERY carfully, not authorizing any new charges for the past 6 months. (times are tough, eh?!). That being said, I was contacted by OAN/Keysecure, Inc. several months ago for a free service, that I asked specifically, every time they asked for information, I would state, ONLY if it was free, and there were no strings, (AS I DO IN ALL RECORDED MESSAGES) to which the reply was it was a free service, I even repeat it twice during ANY recorded message. When I received my phone bill and saw charges for $39.95, I immediately contacted them and they not only played back the recording that was made, but was obviously altered. They stated they mailed me a packet of information, which I also never received. Then they argued with me and told me that it was my voice. I said, I didn't care who they thought it was I didn't authorize charges. They credited me 2 of the 3 months charges. AT&T credited the 3rd one. So, if nothing else, they got one payment from AT&T, unless AT&T can get $ back. Multiply that by tens of thousands of people that DON'T catch this on their bill! They are scammers... EVERYONE needs to be on the watchout for this group. When I was talking to AT&T they said they'd had tons of complaints and they recommended we contact the FCC 888-... CHECK YOUR PHONE BILLS REGULARLY!!! And when you are being recorded, it doesn't necessarily mean you are being recorded in agreement for what you think you are... This is very scary!!
