Recieved my ATT phone bill on 1/08/2010 charges for Oan Services which I did not request were on the phone bill-14.95 phone number for the company is 1-800-441-9678. I called spoke with Vanessa someone had used an old e-mail address an established a voice mail box with Access Savings, LLC. The service I had used with that e-mail was NETZERO I am no longer with that service and that is no longer my e-mail. I changed my provider and e-mail in August of 2009. I did receive a cancellation of this service and also a confirmation number. It is very upsetting to me that a company can actually do this to consumer. We must be aware and this stealing should be stopped.

I just received a bill on my AT&T bill for $`13.75 for services. I never authorized the service and AT&T is going ahead with the billing. I plan to contact the Michigan Public Service Commission and report both AT&T and OAN

This company started billing me through my Verizon bill a few months ago. Immediately I called them to ask why they charged me when I never ordered this service, they told me my father, who passed away almost 4 years ago, ordered the service online. Ok, so know I new this was a scam, told the rep to cancel this service and credit my verizon bill. I was assured the account was closed and given a confirmation number. Now months later I am still being charged. I have also complained to Verizon, who put a block on my account but somehow the charges keep showing up. I am at my wits end. I refuse to pay any of these charges. This fraudulent company needs to be shut down!

My mom opened up her ATT phone bill and found two charges from this company OAN services that is for
checking your email over the phone and or voice mail. My mom yelled the fuck at me and believed the att rep when they told her that i opened it up. Why the hell would i open up a voicemail account, when i dont have any friends, if i wanted them to leave me a voice mail they would call my house and leave it at the answering machine, im at home everyday all day cuz im a caretaker . I have broadband internet so i dont need to check my email over the phone, if i was outside i would use an open connection or hack someone connection becuz i know how to do that. i dont need to pay this shit!!! ive seen hundreds of complaints against this company and i want to know why nothing is being dont about this. IM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, AND TRUST ME, I WILL WIN. fuck them!! SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!!!

Noticed fraudulent charges on my Verizon bill for services we never requested. Verizon told me to call OAN Services to have the services cancelled and the charges credited back. The rep at OAN Services was VERY rude and contentious and claimed that they were legitimate charges for services my wife had signed up for which is a lie. I called Verizon back and they credited us back for all charges from OAN Services and put a third party billing block on our account.
