unauthorized deductions
The company Laurentel deducted since December 2009 $8.23 from my AT&T account without me ordering or authorizing them.
Please remove them and reimburse the amount paid already

fraudulent charges on Verizon bill
I looked over my Verizon phone bill and noticed that there was a charge for other providers and noticed the charge for OAN services, I never authorized this charge and never even heard of the company, I do not have any services from them. When I tried calling the number listed on my phone bill it directs you to a 1-900-446-2900 number and no one answers, How does verizon allow this if their customer did not authorize? and how do I stop these charges if I cannot contact some one to stop it and reimburse me for false charges.

I opened my verizon bill to find that i was billed 21.18 for services provided by oan services .These services were not authorized and I had no idea were they came from.

Scam
I was scammed by OAN and Kool Telecon, I called them and they said they would credit my account.
I called Verizon and they added me to their complaint list.
Verizon said they could do nothing about this. What a great country.
At OAN i talked to "Curtis" At Verizon I taled to "
Ms. Barnes" both acted like this was a normal thing.
Do you realize how many people this goes unoticed ?
The cost is probaly in the millions, and we have to close our State Parks because of budget shortfall. This date is April 12th, 2010.
I am very pissed, the amount was $17.76.

Bunch of theiving scam artists!
Oan-kooltelecom tried to get $19.00 by 3rd party billing our at&t phone bill. I thought at&t was a reputable company!
Tried the better business bureau, that website of theirs is a joke. What ever happened to customer service? I wonder, can you report the bbb to the bbb?
At&t was no help, they think oan is a great fcc regulated business. The good news is, AT&T is not the only game in town, we have choices now! There are other phone companies that do not 3rd party bill. We are switching to one of them asap.

Billing
Opened up my att phone bill and there was a 15.00 charge on my bill from OAN Services for 411 assisted calls. I immediatly called them and they said I ok'd on line to hook up to there services. I asked for the date of the email they gave it to me and I ahve no record of that email. They gave me credit and blocked any one from using that service.
So heads up guys!! on your phone bills

I never order any service from any second or third party i call them to complain about it and stop it they say they will and that was in december and now i got a bill in february and they still billing me why why when i have no idea what the service is for, i have unlimited long distance serivice with my phone company why will order another, do i look or sound like i am f...ing dumb Oan is a big rip off company well now they have to deal with the phone company and i will call consumer to report it.

Unauthorized Billing
I have several months of fraudulent, unauthorized billing by OAN services billing for companies and services I never authorized via AT&T. I have complained several times and can NOT get these charges stopped.

phone bill fraud
HI I am writting to complain I am very upset. I receieved my phone bill and it was ridiculously hi. Her it is I was charged for third party charges by oan services. I called them up and was mad I mean how can these companies do this. I had two different charges by two different companies. That is ridiculous outrageous and criminal. I f i were to do something like that they would want to lock me up for years so why should these companies be any different. This is a travesty to business. I want every one to know about this the companies were oan services and, usbi they are scamming us and robbing us.
