It seems like a nice UK website, and when purchasing items nowhere it is stated that items are shipped from USA. So surely when you buy goods from USA you calculate the original price with taxes, but as this time I was not informed, and found out after the purchase, I am disappointed and feeling cheated.

As they have a poor variety of things, their customer care or sales people are rude. At least I wished I have bought from another company without any hidden agenda. So be careful and expect to be charged extra.
