I no longer have Norton and haven't for over 2 years -- just noticed charge of $54.99 on 6/25 of this year and not only don't use it anymore but never received anything in return for this charge -- they clearly never removed me

Credit card being charged after I cancelled the renewal
My credit card was charged even though I did an online cancellation of the annual renewal on the 9th April 2009. My credit card (name Alfred Terence Armstrong) was charged on the 30th April 2009, reference number 180-068-0026 GBR. Please refund my credit card the amount debited of $79.99 and cancel my subscription.

I have not agreed for the yearly renewal for the norton anti virus software, but norton is made a deduction for the 2nd time. i have not requested for an renewal also.
