HI TO ALL WHO READ THIS COMPLAINT. I NEED FAVOUR FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE POLITICAL INFLUENCE. I HAVE A HOME IN TRICHY, WHERE A FAMILY IS RESIDING FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS. THEY WERE RESIDING WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE 15 YEARS BACK. WHEN WE APPROACHED THEM TO VACATE THE HOUSE, THEY ARE NOT IN A MOOD TO DO THAT. WE ARE READY EVEN TO PAY A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT TO THEM. THEY HAVE SOME OTHER HOUSE IN KK NAGAR, TRICHY. THEY ARE VERY RICH, BUT WE ARE JUST A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY. IAM POSTING THIS COMPLAINT IN A BELIEF THAT SOMEONE READING THIS MAY SURELY GIVE ME A HELPING HAND AND GET ME OUT OF THIS PROBLEM. THANKS.

i have prepaid sim as life time ..since last 6 months i have problem with my network everyday between 5pm to 9 pm ...
i couldn't connect to any out going call...my locotion is nagendranagar 3 lane

Incoming facility not available on my cell phone

Sub:-Poor services are being provided by Reliance communications.

R/Sir,

I am your esteemed customer for the last five years. Initially I took connection of RIM –post paid services on my cellular phone on 11.07.2003 and availed good services provided by your network. My mobile phone no. was 0141-3126516 and presently 93145-26516. To continue the same number, I migrated from post paid plan to pre-paid plan on 14/07/2004 and after that no problem was faced by the undersigned.

On 30/04/02008, my wife Mrs. Vaishali Master who is an architect wanted to use my mobile phone on her name with post paid connection. Looking to the above, my wife applied for transferring this connection in her favour. For which, I contacted D.S. Communication’s 25-26, Near Bharat Petrol pump, Vidhut Nagar, Ajmer Road, JAIPUR (Raj.) and deposited Rs. 580/- towards Pre to post charges vide collection slip No. JPR No.166055 dated 30.04.2008 along with requisite documents. Above collection agency assured my wife that it will be migrated to post paid plan within 24 hrs. After passing above time, my phone get started, but I was surprised to know that only outgoing facility was available on my cell phone and incoming facility was withdrawn. Immediately my wife phoned your customer care cell on 01.05.2008, and they have assured us that problem will be rectified within few hours and gave the care ID No. 67935358. After that, my wife continuously phoned to customer care no. *333 and other useless phone numbers as guided by your customer care cell. When 48 hrs. have been passed, my wife personally contacted to circle office of Jaipur city because, yesterday, she had to go out of Jaipur, therefore requested to on above address to start the incoming facility on my mobile, one of your customer care cell executive named Divya Mehta at Jaipur promised to my wife that problem will be resolved by 17.00 hrs. of 02.05.2008 before leaving Jaipur. But, same could not be attended by your good self. When she rang me in the morning and informed me that incoming facility has not yet been started and advised me to contact circle office of Jaipur city. Immediately, I contacted Divya Mehta, for solving the problem. Again, she promised me that incoming facility will be started on your phone by this evening of 03.05.2008.
I am really exhausted and finally decided to write this e-mail for immediate action on my complaint. You are requested to look into the matter and solve my problem. If your prestigious customers like me will face such type of minor problem, it is shameful for Reliance communication. If incoming facility is not started on my phone by this evening, I have to think for some alternate path to the best known of your good self.

I have been given a magnet card, which I hardly use nowadays, so to say I did a
Mistake by taking your card.

On November 2007 I have paid a cheque of Rs. 3845.17, ch. No. 83902 dated 28.11.2007, although it was paid late I have paid the late charges of Rs.172.92/-
Ch. No. 183906.

But inspite of this a received another late payment charge of Rs. 224/- in march which I got reversed by a lady on your customer care no.

Now I have received a statement of April which says that total late payment charges are Rs. 337.08/-

I am sorry I will not be paying any more charges to you, since inspite of making transactions the bank has never given a 2% discount as promised to me by your sales executive who gave me the card, and inspite of the reversals done on the phone your bank has not kept its word & still charged me and also because it is just a magnet card and cannot be used any where other than magnet malls.

Please reverse my charges and cancel my card I will be very thankful to you if you do the needful at the earliest.

Sir,
I am a subscriber to your mobile service bearing mobile phone no: 9895650858.I am a law college student studying in the Government Law College Trishur. On 25-03-2008 I received a message as follows “ Rs 50 = Rs 92. Talk time on Rs 50 get Rs 92 talk time. Rs 42 TT will be credited online the balance Rs 50 will be credited within 48 hrs. Details call 51571”

Inspired by the above message I recharged my mobile on that day at 7.8 pm. after confirming the message I recharged my mobile for Rs 50. as per your message I ought to have received your offer at 7 pm on 27-03-2008 but the offer was not made in time hence I contacted your customer care office on 27/28 – 03-2008 for about 6 times I was assured by the executive officer that my mobile phone will be recharged by the midnight on 27-03-2008 itself on the same day I received a confirmation message as follows “thank you for contacting airtel your request reference no: is 0327122650”.

But the offer was not satiated. I therefore contacted your customer care office at about 6.10 am on 28-03-2008 and I was assured that my problem will be settled within 11 hrs and I again received a confirmation message as follows “ thank you for contacting airtel your request reference no: is 0328004841. After the time limit of 11 hrs I again contacted your customer care executive officer at above 8.45 pm he assured that my problem will be solved within 3 hrs today is 29-03-2008. Till 4.30 pm the offer made by you is not materialized.

On enquiry made by me it is given to understand that you have done the foul play with other customers as well to grab money from them. You are well aware of that most of the customers will not care to asses whether their mobile phones are recharged as per your request since most of them are ignorant and illiterate. You are taking advantage of this vital aspect of the customer’s ignorance. I do not want to fall a prey to your bite. You made an offer and I accepted your offer but you did not perform your part hence there is a shear breach of contract on your part. There is deficiency of service on your part. I believe that you have been cheating me and others for all these years. Hence you are called upon to pay me a sum of rupees ten thousand towards compensation and damages within 15 days from today as otherwise I will be constrained to take legal steps against you on my behalf and for on behalf of other customers as well on public interest

Usuages charges
B/B installed on 16.91.07. a huge amount of Rs.736.48 plus Services charges charged upon me for the period from 22.01.08 to 31.1.08. But in the month of February B/B charged ais zero. I am working somewhere else from 10am to 6 pm in general. I am at a loss why so much charge on account of "Usuage chrge" for an amount of Rs.736.48 plus Services taxes has ben imposed on me.

Further, I am unable to see my details of Usuage quantum even I used my Portal ID and Pass word allowed to me.
