Am doing BSc(Nursing) final year on Sacred Heart Nursing College, Madurai-20.I came to my home town on 10/09/2009(Parassala).As usual I have booked reservation ticket(From Kuzhithurai on 10/09/2009 at 5:16pm)for the journey on 13/09/2009 from Parassala-Madurai
(2 persons) & Marthandam-Madhurai(1 person).At the reservation time it is on the status(WL/53, WL/54 & WL/55)respectively. But on the journey time it has changed to WL/10, WL/11 & WL/12 respectively. Due to some problem train has derailed at ARALVAIMOZHI and journey cancelled. Because of urgency we have went to Madurai by bus without getting refund. So I requesting you to verify this problem and make arrangements for getting refund amount as earlier as possible.
