i lost my music ringtone after only having it for 6 days. i had UP BY SHANIA TWAIN. IT STOPPED ALL OF A SUDDEN.I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE $2.99 FOR IT. I WOULD LIKE IT RESTORED IMMEDIATELEY. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO SEND PICTURES OFF MY PHONE THROUGH THE COMPUTER. I WOULD APPRECIATE THE PROMPT HELP.
