I ordered the Third Watch series on 1/8/08 submitted payment right away. They took my payment and as of now 2/8/08 I still have not received my dvd's. I have tried to call several times and their live chat is down as well as the phone. I have emailed and have received no response. I am so angry because this was a birthday gift for my husband who is (was) all excited and now I have let him down because of this company. AND I am out almost 60 bucks. I am in the process of trying to complain to Google about them because I felt the site was safe since there was a google checkout symbol in the upper left hand corner. I really didn't think that google would allow this shady company get away with this. I will NEVER again buy from this site and plan to do my best to warn others on multiple boards across the internet. If anyone has any suggestions on home I can get refunded or get the product from them please please send me an e-mail or advise!
