UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGE
I ORDERED THE TRIAL BOTTLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING ONLY. THEN THE FOLLOWING MONTH I SAW A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD SHOWING A $79.96 CHARGE THAT I DID NOT ORDER NEITHER DID I RECEIVE ANY MORE PILLS OF ANY KIND. I THEN CAllED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FILING AGAINST THE COMPANY AND REQUESTING A CREDIT BE SHOWN TO MY CREDIT CARD. THIS IS NOT RIGHT I WILL NOT BE CAUGHT AGAIN USING THIS SITE AND I WON'T ORDER ANY MORE FROM THE INTERNET IT IS NOT SAFE

This is a TOTAL SCAM! I didn't even receive the product until after my free trail was over and they charged my card $79.99. I didn't even have a chance for the "free Trial" Not only that it ISN"T Acai Berry it makes me feel really dizzy and can't sleep when I take it. Please don't waste your money and buy this terrible product!

I ordered a free trial of Acai berry on line, my understanding was I would pay $4.99 shipping only. I see they have charged my credit card $79.99.
Did anyone experience this and how did you handle it?

Unauthorized charges
I was charged $79.96 after signing up for a 'free' offer. I have not received any product for the charge. I have not been able to contact them using the telephone number on my statement. This is fraud, and I am going to keep trying to call them. Luckly my credit card company has reversed the charge.

5.99 free sample.. got my acc. number and new charges keep appearing
i ordered a free sample of natures acai for 5.99. on the third i was billed 79.99 by natures acai and then 29.99 by lifestylefitness.com which is also through the same company. I do not know what to do to get my money back.. I wasn't able to pay my gas bill because of this theivery. Please help me ..

Authorized charge on credit card
I was charged $79.96 an unathorized charge on my credit care for a bottle of Acai Berry I purchased for $4.99 which I was billed for last month. I am on the phone with them as I tpye this and no was is responding to my call.

79.95 unapproved charge
how surprised was i to find that a $4.99 charge would turn to a $79.95 charge and a $29.95 charge. What a scam. When i called customer service, i was told that i failed to call them after my 15 day trial period. well that was the first i had heard of a 15 day trial period . i can't believe that i let myself get taken. i am usually not easily fooled. well he finally agreed to give me my $29.95 back but not the $79.95. needless to say i was angry and overdrawn. well i guess in these hard times someone is getting rich. i would like my money back.*- tina m newcomb, tn

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered a FREE TRIAL of Acai Berry agreeing to pay ONLY S & H of $4.99. I found multiple charges on my credit card for other products I NEVER ordered: lifsylefit.com and costsmash.com. When I called customer service (4 times because I kept getting cut off even when I was on a landline!!), I was told I didn't cancel membership within the trial period. I never saw this policy and I STILL have never received the acai berry! Why would I cancel something I had never tried even if I KNEW I was supposed to cancel??? I finally spoke to a supervisor and then threatened to contact the Attorney General; I have been told the charges have been removed ($198.77).
This whole setup is exactly that! DO NOT ORDER!!
