South Beach Brite/Premium White
Told the product was a free trial and it keeps on coming. I am charged monthly and cannot contact them to cancel. I have returned the products each time. What can I do?

Cannot get a refund issued
This company is scam. They charged me not only for the product, but also tacked on a gym membership and some other monthly dental service from a company in Ohio! I called and got a return authorization for my second shipment, however it has been over a month since they got the product back...be sure to send returns certified mail with a return receipt requested so you can track the return, and still no credit on my credit card. I have called twice and been told they are working on it. The latest excuse was they were negotiating with MC/VISA and couldn't process any charges. I was told it should be resolved in another few weeks. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge and informing them that this company is a scam and should be shut down!

difficult to cancel product
An ad on the internet caught my interest. A "mom" discovered that combining two teeth whitening products worked very well. Did i want to try the two products for free, paying just shipping? Before the month was out, I had my two "free products", and four different deliveries of tooth whitening products and hundreds of dollars charged to my credit card. One of the companies cancelled my "membership" and automatic deliveries immediately upon calling and sent me an e-mail confirmation that they cancelled more shipments of products. Natural Source Store customer support kept me on hold for long minutes at a time no matter what department I asked for on the phone and not once did I speak with any person to cancel the product. I was given the e-mail address to "opt out" on the voice tape at the customer service number. How do I cancel this product that doesn't work and has turned into a credit card statement nightmare? How do I thank the "mom" that discovered this inexpensive tooth whitening treatment? Jane B.Faldetta Seville, Ohio

Won't refund for teeth whitener
Our story is similar to others I've read on this site. Got the sample, couldn't reach anyone on their TOLL-ONLY number which is only good for listening to ads for 10 minutes before it auto-hangs up, got charged the first monthly fee of $78.95, finally found alternate contact number on the web, called them and they say they won't refund the fee unless we return the sample, and they won't issue a return authorization because we didn't call in time (only TWO WEEKS!).

We told them we couldn't get through, but here's the zinger: He demanded PHONE RECORDS to prove we had tried to call!! Phone records? Practically nobody has long-distance phone records any more! We mostly called using a prepaid calling card which has no records. So BE WARNED AND DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Our credit card issuer said they had seen a lot of people caught by this company's dishonest and immoral practices. They also told us that often, people would then start getting unrelated charges on their cards. They said the best way to ensure that doesn't happen is to FAX a notice to the company. They gave us the company's FAX NUMBER, which is:

So, EVERYBODY FAX THESE SCAMMERS and DEMAND A REFUND, and tell them not to charge your card any more!

SCAM ILLEGAL!!
The same thing is happening to me that is happening to everyone else. I cannot contact the Natural Source Store to get the proper information to return my "risk free trial" product. Instead, I am getting charged the full amount for the product..$89.95. Can't we all do something about this? Will I ever get my money back? Will Natural Soucre continue to charge my account monthly?

South Beach Brite
I just ordered a free trial of the South Beach Brite. I was charged immediately for $.95 plus $79.95. I can't believe it, is this a scam? I've been on hold trying to call the company for the longest (actually on hold right now). PLEASE HELP!! That is a LOT of money for what was supposed to be a free trial. I see from the posts that it's going to be very difficult to get a refund. Silly me for using my bank card!! There goes groceries for the next two weeks!!!

ILLEGAL CHARGEOF CREDIT CARD
SENT A SAMPLE TO ME FOR $1.95 SHIPPING, FOR EACH SAMPLE, THEN 14 DAYS LATER THEY CHARGED MY CARD $165.00. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE OTHER SHIPMENTS, WHICH THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR, AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T REFUND, BECAUSE I DIDN'T RETURN THE FREE SAMPLES IN 14 DAYS. THAT'S A RIP OFF IF I EVER HEARD OF ONE,

Scam
Do not think that you are getting a tube of toothpaste for a buck. It becomes a long maddening process of getting back, all the super fine print charges I got sucked into.

Had to join three clubs at 14.95 month. plus NSS charged me 79.95 for ?

Cancell now and get your money back, or your in for a ride.

unauthourized charges or where they surprise charges
I thought I was buying a tube of toothpaste, when Blam, I became a member of numerous buying clubs, getting billed extra amounts I was not aware of doing, still have no product and do not want it. I had a difficult time explaining to Rick the customer service rep I was speaking with to cancell everything I supposidly purchased. He truly made me feel like I was the villiage idiot for not reading everything one the page . I only wanted to try out this great toothpaste. I have in the meantime cancelled my credit card and hope the confirmation number that Rick gave me is valid. Thanks for making my internet shopping experience a nightmare.

Stay away from this company
Tried to contact their customer care at 954-237-2690 to cancel their products within the 14 days no risk free trial period, the advertised customer care number was just a repeated recorded messages keep asking you to choice one of their menu without directing your call - what a waste of time and a waste of my long distance call charges!

I tried to e-mail them and send them letter indicating I am not interest in their products anymore. Since I did not here bcak from them and have no way to contact them, Inevitably, I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them keep billing me.

My initial order for free trial on Sparkle and South Beach Brite Tooth Whitener was made on Dec 8, today is Dec 18 and I hadn't received any products from Natural Source Store .

Two S & H charges had been already billed to my credit card on Dec 8 plus they charge me twice on membership fee as well (US$11.98 each).

Please stay away from this company.
