A natural rubber foam manufacturing company claimed that they are a professional company.

To the contrary, the unprofessional and irresponsible natural rubber manufacturing company, received a deposit payment on 3 Nov 2009 but was still unable to produce a sample product come June 2010.

The person in charge, Madam CF Chan (Mrs Wong), was avoiding the issue and never answered calls.

I am surprised at how they dare to blatantly claim that they are a professional natural rubber foam manufacturer and yet in the end failed to even produce a sample product. They pleaded for time again and again to allow them enough time produce the sample.

What is most shocking is Madam CF Chan requested to give them another chance to do it again, or else they are UNABLE to return the deposit !!!
