I had my nails filled (Pink & White Backfill) at Nails "R" Us located at 60 South Stephanie Street, #140, Henderson, Nevada 89012 by Vy. Normally, my nails last 3 - 4 weeks without incident and the same applied here with the exception that the top of my nails became cloudy after the second week.

On Tuesday, July 27, 2010, I had an appointment again with Vy for 9:00am. Unfortunately, she was late but upon arrival, I explained the situation and she asked if someone else did my nails. I advised her that she did my nails and she said it did not look like her work. I requested that she pull her receipts for my last visit and compare it to the growth of my nails. She did not reply and proceeded to do my nails.

Unfortunately, during the course of her work I had to point out that the white acrylic did not cover the sides of several of my nails, although, she corrected this she started to throw things around. Finally, when I asked that she file my nails in a half-moon she sighed and rolled her eyes, very unprofessional. At that time, I told her never mind and expressed that she was very rude. She replied that I was rude from the time I walked in which doesn't make sense since she was not there when I arrived, in fact; she was 10 minutes late for our appointment.

I am disappointed because I brought this to the attention of the owner, Hugh Nguyen, he replied that I was arrogant and he could see that from the time I walked in the shop, again impossible, as he arrived after me. When asked for his name, he simple said look on the wall. When I was done, I did check the certificates on the wall to obtain his name and during this time he ranted about it was his shop, and he could refuse service to anyone, I could write whatever I wanted, his employee is nice, and I am arrogant, on and on. Unbelievable!

Never have I been treated with such disrespect, borderline discrimination. I would appreciate your investigation of this matter and advising accordingly.
