I requested a sample of Dazzle White teeth whitener which promoted a free sample for only the cost of shipping. This is all that I requested and never checked off any other boxes. I started receiving other charges on the debit card that I used for the Dazzle White sample. Each company that I received a charge from refused to refund the charges saying that the only way they could have had my information was because I signed up for there services. That is untrue and this has become a nightnare of scam charges from many companies that I had no inetrest in. Beware, do not fall for the story of the housewife that whitened her teeth shrewdly order a couple of free samples. This is a fake story, no such housewife exists and you will regret requesting the samples. You will be sent into web of one scam after another,
