unauthorized charged
This company charged me twice $29.95 on my checking account. I didn't authorize them to make any charges on my account. Called and canceled my account twice and still being charged. This company is a fraud. STAY AWAY FROM MY CREDIT HEALTH

they took money out of my bank acount, without my councent, please

unauthorized transaction
I was looking for jobs on craigslist and one of the job postings i applied for needed a credit report and a link was provided for my credit health.com, I clicked on it and reviewed my credit and it was very clear to me i would not be billed, my bank called and advised me they removed $29.95 from my account, The money needs to go back in my account asap.

Can't Cancel Account
They haven't charged me yet but they won't let me cancel my account. I called back after being on hold for 15 minutes and they said their computers were down. I'm recording all of the conversations now. I'll burn this mother down!!!

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING
I HAVE SUBMITTED 4 COMPLAINTS, ONLY VALUMAX HAS REIMBURST MY DEBIT CARD. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, MY CREDIT HEALTH, TO REMOVE $29.95 FROM MY DEBIT CARD, WE ARE ON A CHAPTER 13, WE KNOW OUR CREDIT IS BAD, THE CHAPTER 13 IS SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT! I CONTACTED YOU ON 08/02, 08/09 AND NOW ON 08/16, ALL WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF YOUR SAYING WE TOOK OUT THE ACCOUNT. OUR ATTORNEY SAID WE HAD THIRTY DAYS TO CANCEL, WE CANCEL, EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT OPEN THIS ACCOUNT! PLEASE PUT THE MONEY BACK ON OUR DEBIT CARD IMMEDIATELY!
