Was also one of the folks whom if didn't look at my credit card statments would have been doube into having the charge 11.95 on my credit, have no idea who or what orginaztion they are and how they got my charge, only one charge was used by me at christmas in dec and in jan one month after my charge date did this company show up in a charge. the number i got was 1877-442-5774, and did get thru by pushing the # 2 times and was immediatly told it would be canceled and credit given back?? how many are being taken advantage of??? have to wait 2 days to call credit card to see if credit given and email was sent with case number on it which i will be using if i do not get results and state att. will also be called... just my 2 cents.

I've tried over and over to stop this monthly charge of $14.95 but got no where. My solution: have the bank send you a new debit/visa card (as if it were lost) but make sure you inform other auto-debit companies (ie. EZPass, gym membership) of your account no. change.
