Moving connection was paid double for our furniture removal by mistake. Four months down the line we are still waiting after a number of attempts to retrieve these monies and additional costs as our orginal location was changed. Neither Carol nor Lanette have been helpful, each attempt has a response of excuses as to why our monies has not been returned and how they are managing the process. On move date, Moving Connections sub contracted our move to another company and more than R20 000, 00 worth of furniture and goods are missing. We have requested the ware bouts of such missing items and still no response from ANYONE at this company. We have now been forced to have an attorney deal with the matter. I would not recommend Moving Connection to anyone if they were the last removal company! Its absolutely disgusting how service providers in our country ***** from you and think they can get away with it!
