We also fell victim to this scam. Ours differed in that we were told we would get 2 $100 vouchers to Target, $200 rebate card and $25 gift card to Wal-Mart along with the $1000 worth of free groceries.
I called the MOR customer service number and like the rest of you I was treated very rudely and when I asked to hear the recording in which any mention of coupons was made, the man refused. Ultimately, he hung up on me. Here are the steps I have taken and some advice I was given I hope this helps! (use a word document to type in your complaint so you can copy/paste it-saves time! Also save the followup information you will be given on it:
1) from this site I went to the Federal Trade Commission- www.ftc.org - and filed my complaint Phone: Call our toll-free helpline: 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357); TTY: 1-866-653-4261
2) then I called the Attorney Generals Office here in MO and filed my complaint
3) then I called the Attorney Generals Office in Maine-Guess what? MOR isnt in Maine, its in Illinois!
4) So I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in Illinois - http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/index.html - You will click on a link to a PDF form to file your complaint.

You can also see if you can file a complaint (fraud, deceptive practices-whatever your state calls it) FIRST with your local police station. If they take the complaint and will investigate it, then they will need to contact:
