Bad Service / Fraud
I ordered two power supplies for my Asus computer. After a long wait, I finally got one in the mail. The company swore up and down that they sent two, but despite my sending photos showing what they sent, and even photos showing the item on a scale proving that they couldn't have sent two, they would not refund the price of the non-shipped unit, nor would they send me another one. I filed a disput with PayPal, but they were no help. They sided with the seller!

Sent different product than was ordered
I purchased a power adaptor from Mini Laptop Accessories.com, part number VGP-AC19V43 and received part number PCGA-AC19V26. When inquiring about the "mixup", Andy, said the units were the same.
Unfortunately they were not the same, as the new power adaptor is incompatiable with my laptop, and does not work. When I tried to get my money back, I was told that I should have read the web page and saw the specs (output :19.5v DC 4.7amps, when I need 19.5v DC 3.3amps), which is the same as what the unit I received. Nowhere on the website does it have the full specs of the VGP-AC19V43 part that I ordered.
I suspect that would not matter if the specs were on the page for part number VGP-AC19V43 because I received a entirely different unit, part number and all. I thought I was okay because I used paypal for payment, thinking they had my back. So far I have been wrong. I may be posting a gripe about them in the next few weeks if they don't get back to me soon.
Long story short, I did not receive the product that I ordered from this company and am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received and will not be doing business with them again.
