when came back to Michigan from Texas post office personeel could not deiver mail to two families with the same last name. same main house number but different lot numbers then when moved filed address change ith local office, waited two week still no mail from old address called this saturday at 9:45am was told that teir office could not forward without authorization from main state regional office, I told them we received our authorization first part of last week, asked where our mail was they said they still had it cause they dint know where it was to go How stupid can people be They knew where to send the mail this office is full of knuckle heads and idiots
