unauthorized charge prevention
I ordered the trial version and paid 4.99$. At that time my checking account had less than 10$ balance, and as soon as I got the thing, I canceled the debit card and asked my bank to provide me a new one. I was aware that my bank does not charge me for new debit card.
I have got the new debit card now, and the account has enough money too, but feeling safe so far.
ABOUT THE WHITENING PRODUCT:
The product slightly seem to improve teeth's color, but doesn't bring as much brightness as they claim!

THIS IS INTENTIONALLY IN ALL CAPITOL LETTERS BECAUSE IT'S TOTAL CRAP. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY GET YOUR MONEY ONCE BEFORE YOU CAN RALIZE WHAT'S HAPPENING. I TRY TO BE LEARY OF ONLINE SCAMS BUT IT LOOKED SOOOOO GOOD AND LEGIT.
BEWARE. I LOST MY MONEY WITH A PAIR OF WEBSITES THAT SAY, "this is the combination I've been looking for. One or the other is good but if you use them both together it's great. OF COURSE, IT TOOK ME STRAIGHT THERE BUT

Unauthorized Debits
Where do I begin... First I did a free trail with a company called Advance Research Wellness (Teeth Whitening Now) and Natural Source Store (NSS* SB Smile) now I'm being debited by a company called Max White Teeth I don't who they are. Canceled my membership with these people on 4/11/09 and they are still debiting my account and I'm not receiving any products. BUYER BEWARE don't submit to any of the internet ads that you see regarding any teeth whitening companies and free trails. It's a nightmare I know these people have yanked me for over $500 in less than 2 months. I have contacted the BBB received a partial refund. Once again DON'T DO IT!

I ordered a free sample of the teeth whitening gel from this company for the cost of shipping and handling which they billed to my credit card. One month later I found a charge of $78.93 from this same company! I have read the other complaints and I also never was told about a "membership". Can anyone help me with the name and contact information for this company. Did not like the product and threw everything away. S.B., Northbrook, IL

teeth whitening scam
I stupidly signed up for a FREE trial of two teeth whitening products as seen on an adverstisement within the Hotmail website. I am now trapped in a scam which enrolled me into memberships because I agreed to the FREE trial. IvoryBrites at least will allow me to return their product for a refund and they were reachable by phone to cancel my membership. I had to request a return code from their support dept and I have yet to get it but I am hoping one thing goes right in this whole mess. Max White however, did answer my call in India but they are not willing to allow you to return their product for any refund. The operator made me read off my full address, name, phone #, and email before he would cancel my membership. I don't know if he was confirming my information or writing it down for the first time. I spent 17 minutes on hold while he "cancelled" my membership. I am also being charged by Axis Wellness for $9.99. Apparently I was given(charged for) a memership to their website. I had to request that cancelled through IvoryBrites as well. The FREE trial is not with the hassle of cancelling these memberships. Obviously, the TERMS are not very clear as you breeze through the screens to receive the free trial. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AS I HAVE!!!

scam saying free real big letters and then small hidden charges
did not authorize the $78.93 charge hidden part of adverisment then all of a sudden bam a charge to your account and now my account was over drawn and i had to close it. And i never received the 78.93 product only the free one which i paid for. When the other one comes if it ever does i will send it back and expect a refund of the money they took out of my account without my permission or knowledge.

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered the sample for s&h and was charged $78.93 to my bank account. I read the fine print 3 times over to make sure this wouldn't happen. I am calling my bank in the morning to try and get it stopped before it goes through. I had this happen at another place also, it has already went through unfortunately for me...I no longer have the money in my bank account to cover my car payment.
