charges of 78.23
same thing everyone else is complaining about unauthorized charges, and trying to get then to credit back my bank account is like pulling teeth (no pun intended) well they would not. everyone you talk to is from a foriegn country and very hard to communicate with. I think the owner of the company does that on purpose to get you to give up. Well it worked MR. CEO.

Charged $80.00 for what?
Called to cancel membership and requested refund of 78.93 in charges, none of which I authorized, and the company refused to refund my money. I had to call my bank and stop payment on credit card charges. They also refused to cancel any further billings, so you can bet I will be seeking legal action!!!

Unauthorized charges
I took a trial offer of Max White Teeth and IvoryBritesWhiteneing which I was led to believe worked in tandem. I wanted to try them. I did not want to sign up in advance of knowing the results for a monthly service costing $$78.93. I did all this on the IvoryBritesWhitening web site and consider them one and the same.

unauthorized charge
i ordered a trial product for $4.99 through my credit card and i got shipment in the meail.
After 2 weeks my credit card was cahrged again for $78.93. When I called them they said i signed for it.
I have not received any document to this effect in the mail. They say they can only cancel membership

Free trial scam
Requested free 14 day trial 12 days after placing order I recieved package on a Friday called that Monday to cancel subscription and was told that Monday was my billing day and cancelation would have to be made the following day.On the following day I was told that trial began at the time the order was placed, how can I try something that I don't have it wasn't delivered for 12 days, so I was charged 38.93 because i didn't cancel within the 14 day trial period.I feel like this is a scam.So BEWARE

Unauthorized Charges
Like many others, I bit on the "free" trial. I was charged for four charges of 78.93 with international shipping of 2.37 each. This was not authorized by me and it may take my changing my account number on my card to straighten out! What a hassle! Never buy from an unsolicited ad.

Unwaranted charge
I ordered a free trial of teeth whitening gel by only having to pay for the shipment charges. I DID NOT subscribe to any more of this gel. They have charged me $78.93 for this gel and when it comes in, it will be refused to be returned to them.

False advertising and charges that are not refundable fully
There is no such thing as a free lunch and that is the case for these so called fee trials. I stupidly got one of those fee trials from Max White teeth for shipping only, only to find that it wasn't as fee as they stated, the company had charged my bank account for an extra $78.93 for product that I hadn't or wanted to recieve. When I called to companies customer support which was in India I got the reponse that they only could refund me $40 then I push a bit more and got a $60 refund only to find that I couldn't close the account if I wanted the refund. I didn't want any extra product why in the hell would I want more? In the end I traced the advert down and looked at their terms and conditions, which stated you have 30 days to cancel your account Of which I called India back and stated this I am still waiting the $60 back and for them to close my account so I still got charged $20 for something I didn't want is any one watching these companies??? I feel sorry for the people who work at this companies that rip people off, granted I shouldn't of gone the cheap way out it ended up costing me money I don't have...

debit card scam
I ordered the trail product and was billed--no prob. A month later I was billed $86.61 for the next product. I called to cancel and was given a big run-around. With much arguing, I was credited $40. and agreeded to a cancellation. Just now I see I have again been billed for the Product @ $86.61. The phone number on the statement is disconnected. SCAM
