ON FEB 4, 2009, i WAS RESEARCHING A PHARACUETICAL (AS I HAVE CANCER) WHEN A POP UP WINDOW APPEARED THAT OFFERED A FREE PRODUCT FOR TEETH WHITENING. I THOUGHT IT WAS FREE AND ONLY PAY FOR SHIPPING 4.99. I GAVE MY CC # AND INFO FOR SHIPPING FEE OF 4.99. WHEN RECEIVED, I HAD SECOND THOUGHTS AND DECIDED THAT THIS MAY BE A SCAM AND I RETURNED THE PACKAGES WRITING ON THE OUTSIDE WRAPPER BOLDLY PACKAGE "RETURN TO SENDER- DELIVERY REFUSED."

THEN ON MAY 19, 2009 78.83 WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM I HAD SENT PRODUCT BACK AND TO REVERSE THE CHARGE. I WAS TOLD I WAS PAST THE 14 DAY LIMIT TO CANCEL. I WAS MISLED, FOR IF SOMETHING PROFESSES ON THE PAGE TO BE FREE WITH ME PAYING POSTAGE PAID BY MYSELF, THE COMPANY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I LIVE ON FIXED INCOME DUE TO CANCER AND CANNOT AFFORD THESE CHARGES.

I SPOKE WITH THEM AND THEY GAVE ME THE ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY AS: NETLAB, 940 LINCOLN ST., MIAMI BEACH, FL 33139. i ATTEMPTED TO FIND THIS COMPANY BUT NO LISTING IN MIAMI BEACH.

i WANT TO TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR THIER MISLEADING, CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT USE OF THE INTERNET TO SCAM CONSUMERS FOR PROFIT. WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, TEST PRODUCT AND HAVE RESULTS WITHIN 14 DAYS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

THE WEB SITE WAS SET UP TO INTENTIONALLY DEFRAUD AMERICANS OF A LARGBE SUM OF MONEY.

they sent me a sample of this max white teeth and said it was going to only cost me 5 dollars and some change for the shipping and then they charged me again for not sending it back and they never said i had to send anything back

Teeth Whitening Now/Max White Teeth - I think they have even more company names they go by. Got charged the 78.93 after my "free trial" offer to only pay $4.99 S&H. Only after I got my credit card bill did I realize I didn't read the fine print and cancel my order within the 14 day "free trial" offer. I also received another kit and got charged $83.92. I canceled it now. Guess I have to eat the charges. READ THE FINE PRINT.

I requested a sample, within 10 days of receiving the product I called & cancelled, the person I spoke to told me no problem I would not be billed. Then a few days later I noticed 2 charges of $78.95 was taken from my account from Max White Teeth. I again called their 1-888 964 1011 number and was told I would get a full refund. I was given back just 1 of the 2 charges. I called again today and was told I would not be receiving the other charge back. The company is located in a foreign country, the people are VERY rude and hard to understand. This is as close to a scam as I figure you can get. BUYER BEWARE!!!

EXCACTLY!!! How do you reach a company that doesn't give you a phone number just a box with a mouth piece and 6 oz tube of gel. Lesson Learned!!! Same complaint as the others, From now on it's best to google the "FREE" stuff to see how many of us where stupid enough to fall for this advertisement. The customer service rep was horrid I'm not sure if I even understood him! Your right, though you can't get back what they have already charged to your account. But to be safe notify your bank that no further charges are allowed from this company. BEWARE!!! to others, this $78.93 mistake DOESN"T WORK!!! any better then the over the counter stuff you by at Walmart for much!!! cheaper.
