paid for a sample ($4.99) then was charged $78.93 for something I have yet to receive. Called company (866-922-5522) but they would not refund my money even if product was returned. Never had a company do this before. Crooks!

Company billed me for $78.93 without authorization. On calling Company, I was advised that my authorization of $4.99 for a trial sample gave them permission to charge me $78.93 each month. I objected, stating tht I had not authorized the additional charge, wanted a credit to my account and further, I wanted to insure that no future charges would be made. The customer service representative refused to provide a refund or to connect me a supervisor. To prevent future charges, I had to cancel my credit card.

I ordered free trial sample of product, agreeing to pay for shipping and handling. I received the sample 8 days ago and began trying it with no results that were promised. I received an overdraft notice from my credit union today, May 29, 2009, showing where Max White had taken $78.93 from my account. I never authorized that withdrawal. It was paid because I have courtesy pay with my credit union. I called max white's number and was told that I had received the product. I told them I had ordered the free sample and not received anything else from them and I wanted my money refunded. This Idian or Arabic speaking person told me that I cannot get a refund because I did not cancel the order before 14 days. I told him I never ordered a supply of their product and had not received anything except the free sample. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that she was in a meeting with the owner and to call back in 45 minutes. I want my money refunde and my OD fee refunded also.

I noticed on my last credit card bill that I was charged $78.93 for a supposed free trial from Max White Teeth. I was told online in their website I would get a free trial for only one payment of Shipping and Handling for $4.99. Apparently, if you don't call them within 14 days to cancel your supposed "subscription", they just start charging your card every month $78.93 plus shipping. So, don't get conned into this scam.

On 4-21-2009, my checking acocount was charged $4.99 whch I thought was for a sample. Then I was charged $78.93 from my checking account on 5-06-2009. But they weren't done yet. On 5-20-2009, I was charged $83.92. I did receive a pitiful little kit last week. I will call my bank and put a stop to this. Good Luck to anyone else having problems with this company.
