ripoff
Misleading advertising for the tooth whitener - free trial after rebate except for shipping cost me $54.98.
To add insult to injury, this also enrolled me in WELWATCHMD, 888-461- 4889(whatever that is), which charged me $2.99 on Apr 3 and $29.95 on Apr 23. When I called that number they told me that another $29.95 had been charged in May, but that they would credit my account for the three charges. I hope they are better than max white teeth.

free trial scam
I ordered a 15-day free trial teeth whitener. I received the product 8 days later. I only had it for one week when they charged my account for a month's supply. The month's supply is the "free" trial. I tried several times to call--no answer! I tried to find them on google and couldn't find the correct website. They offered me a partial refund if I would continue my subscription. I refused. This is a dishonest company and a scam. Stay away!

Unauthorized Charge of 78.93
I ordered the 14 day free trial period and I cancelled one day after I received the whitening kit. I cancelled the day I received the whitening kit, but because it was over 14 days from when I ordered it, they charged me 78.93. Read the fine print!

Charged my debit card
They claim to give you their whitening stuff for free and just charge you shipping and handling of $1.99. Then give you 14 days to cancel. I called to cancel. They charged my card for the free stuff and charged me $78.93. They could not find my Confirmation number in the system. They called me. I will never give out my debit card number again.

Free Trial Scam
This company offered me a promotion for their product for $1.99, which was never shipped within the 14-day trial period. They then charged me $78.93 - 14 days later. Mind you, I have not received any samples or shipments in this period of time. When I noticed that, my credit card was charged, and I had not received any products I called to cancel and get my money refunded. This was now the beginning of the drama. They did not want to refund the full amount. They pointed out to me that we had a customer agreement and I pointed out to them that, that agreement was broken when they did not ship the product in a timely manner so that I could evaluate it. (Incidentally, when I called to cancel the price of the product kept dropping in $20 to $30 increments from the original $78.00.) I argued that they were in breach of our agreement. They only were offering a $60.00 reimbursement. I told them that it was against my principles to give my money away for nothing. I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau, the Dade County district attorney's office and every blog in the free world. (This company is based in Miami; the customer service is based in India.) It is at this time that my call is put on hold. When he returns I am given my refund of $78.93. I decided to let go of the original $1.99 charge. Please do not fall into this one as I did. Buyers beware.

charging after moved
Do not order this!!! My son was charged three times in one month and he had moved from his address...they still charged him even when he never received the product. They will not reimburse anything!!! When he called in, the phone line was very scratchy and when he asked to talk to a supervisor..."he was in a meeting"...yeah, right!

unauthorized payment
They said I had "a free trial" and then charged me $78.93. This has to be illegal.
when I called to complain and cancel they hung up on me.

scam
WOW that was fast! I posted a comment earlier today about disputing unauthorized charges from Ivory Brites, Max White and Celebrity Smile. I talked to my bank and told them I did NOT authorize those transactions and they already put the money back into my account and are disputing with the SCAM ARTISTS themselves so I don't even have to deal with them anymore. They also blocked them from being able to charge my card anymore. HALLELUAH!!! Suckers lets see how they like that!
