Max White Teeth has internet advertising that offers a free trial package at a cost of $4.99 for shipping. I accepted and received it in mail about 3 days later. It was a small shringe filled with chemical and a mold for my teeth. Then I found that $78.93 was debited again from my credit card account. When I called, they said I did not cancel the order within 14 days, which is a news to me. I am usually careful in reading fine prints before accepting such offers, but did not see such cancellation requirement nowhere in the web page, at the time of order. I did cancel, because my credit card company urged, so I got the cancellation number from Max White Teeth, but I still don't know why I have to cancel, when it was not required. From many other similar complaints, I see now that it is a scam. How can I get my money back?

I requested a free trial as advertised on the website. I received the free trial but was charged the above amount before I had a chance to try the product. Within the free trial information, I did not read that it would lead to a monthly subscription and yet I was charged the $78.93 and informed this would be charged on a monthly basis with product being sent to me on a monthly basis.

I called the support number and explained I did not want the monthly subscription, to please cancel it and refund the $78.93. They tried to get me to accept several different amounts and yet keep the product. I have not even opened the product and offered to return it. They refused to refund the amount or accept the product if returned. I aksed to speak to a supervisor and was refused.

I will dispute this charge with my credit card company but wanted to complain about this - not only the way it was handled but also that the company times the entire charging process in a way that creates the large charge before the trial period has had time to be completed.

Company offers free trial and continues to charge credit card after product arrives. Did not order more product or authorize any further charges. Scam!!! Do not make the same mistake!!! Had to cancel my card to prevent more charges.

Max White Teeth is charging my credit card without the
