Unauthorized charges
Recieved an unauthorized charge to my credit card from Max Bright Theeth. I called and was informed that I had 14 days to deny the monthly order process that was stated on their main web site. On the free trial offer of 4.99 for shipping and handling it made no notification to the customer that we would get additional billing for using their free!!! Trial product. I had to call them and the phone rep was very rude and unreasonable and refused to remove charges from my card. This is a scam and misleading to the general public.

Unauthorize Charges
Never sent the trail and charged my account $4.99 and $78.93 When I callled them about the charges Max Fernandez told me the charges are valid you never call to cancel. How can you cancel for something you didn't receive. I ask for a tracking # and was never given one. Total ripoff. Who do I call about this.

Rip off
I ordered a free sample of a teeth whitening product. You were only to pay a shipping charge of $1.99. I not only was charged the shipping charge under the name of "Teeth Whitening Now" but was charged $78.93 on my credit card. When I called they told me they already had shipped another package of this product and there was another charge of $83.00 on my account. They refuse to credit your account. They product is shipped from another place called Advanced Wellness Research, 1269 N. Wood Dale Rd., Wood Dale, IL 60191. When I googled that address it comes up as another company called Inktel Direct Corp.

SCAM
I ordered the Max White Teeth Free Trial off of the internet and then later noticed that I was charged $78.93 four times in one day. I contacted Max White to complain about the charges and to find out how they could just charge my account when I never ordered the product to begin with, and that I had only ordered the free trial kit. The representative told me that the ad did say that if I didn't cancel the order with-in so many days, that I would be automatically charged $78.93 every month and that a new kit would be sent. I told her that I wanted my refund of the 3 extra charges and also said that I wanted this account cancelled. I also told her at the time of my contacting them, I had only received the initial trial kit, and that I had never received anything else. She told me that the 2nd kit was probably in the mail, but to try and keep me as a customer, she would include a $40 discount with my refund which would have made the total $276.79. She then told me that it would take anywhere from 30 to 45 days for the transaction to take place. I waited 40 days, and still did not receive any more product nor was my charge card credited. So I called back. And after three phone calls, because I was actually told that they did refund me money on the day that I called in originally, and two hang ups... I was finally given to someone else who claims that my refund would be credited with-in 4 to 5 days, and that a member of their management team would be contacting me with 72 hours to follow up on the transaction. So as of today... I am still waiting for the refund and the phone call.

Fraud
I too was scammed by these sleaze bags! I spoke with a, Asian female. After they charged my credit card of $2.01, the initial payment for the free trial, they attempted to charge the full $78.93 several times a week or so after, but having not received the product I figured out that something was terribly wrong, so I had by bank block my account and I am in the process of changing my credit card number and information. I hope these maggots get caught and jailed!
Not so easy target.

free trial offer
I recently fell prey to a sam invoving a so-alled free trial of tooth whitening gel. They offer a trial sample for shipping cost of 4.99. If you do not read every word of the fine print you will end up getting charged $78.93 for the "free" sample, and then they will start sending you shippments every month at the cost of $83.92. Cancelling is a HUGE pain, they try everything to get you to keep going, and when I told them I had returned the product shipped and had a tracking confirmation number to prove it, they quoted more fine print stating that beause I did not ship it properly according to their procedures (this includes some "RNA" number that you are supposed to have called them for first) they will not accept the product. So, they have the product in their hands and still refuse to refund my money due to a technicality. Even the promised return call from a supervisor never materialized "due to the fact that everything had already been sufficiently explained to me." I cannot stress enough that this is a company you want to stay FAR away from unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars for trays that dont fit, bleaching gel that leaks out of the trays, doesn't work, and tastes terrible enough to make you gag.

SCAM NO FREE ANYTHING
I ordered the Free sample you pay S&H of $4.99... That was just the start of a nightmare.. I was charged $78.93 and now they are telling me "per our contract" the Free was not free but was a full month supply and I was billed the $78.93 and cant get a refund, so after three weeks of this bull..., I contacted my bank and we will see how this plays out. I am going to contact the BBB in thier area and will have a lot to say about the way I was treated...Karen Brandt

unauthorized charge of $78.93, and never received any product which was never ordered
Max White Teeth advertized on the WKYC channel 3 web page about a trial tooth whitening product, pay only shipping of $4.99. No one reads insurance contracts or lengthy terms and aggreements that hid the catches. I received the sample that was 2 days worth of product. I used the sample and it seemed to work ok, but did not want any more so never ordered any. A charge on 5/17/2009 from Max White Teeth appeared on my charge statement of $78.93. I disputed it with their customer service reps. which were not easy to understand because they were from India or Pakistan, and they just kept repeating what they were trained to say. Needless to say, I received no satisfaction, and didnt even get any additional product for the $78.93. The date today is June 22, 2009.

Won't send product or a refund
On the 10th of May, I ordered Max Whitening Teeth free trial from the web site and it said you only pay 4.99 for shipping. The window that come up said it would be shipped in the next 24 hours, Mon-Fri. and it gave me an order # 569729. I looked at my bank statement to see if they had already withdrawn the money and they did, It was withdrawn on May 14th, 2009. So, I waited and waited and nothing came in the mail so I called them at 866-922-5522, on May 30th . A lady with an India accent came on the phone. I asked her went will my Whitening Teeth product that I ordered on May 10 would be sent. She check for a while then said, "it will be shipped in the next 2 days, and I was patient with her and said, ok and hung up.
So, once again, I waited and waited and not a thing. So, on June 12, 2009 I called again, I was really angry but manage to keep my cool. I asked the same lady, India accent why I hadn't recieved my merchandise and that it was suppose to be shipped right way. She check and put me on hold then came back and said, it will be shipped right way. I told her that if they weren't going to send what I ordered then I wanted a refund of 4.99. She said it will be shipped. Now here it is already June the 22nd and I still havent recieved a thing. Tomorrow I will put a stop on them just in case that want to withdraw some more money from my bank. I will also call the Better Business Bueau and report them for fraud.
