Unauthorized charges
As i see many ofd you have been scamed just like me. PLEASE call your banks and start fraud claims like I have. The money is being laundered out of the U.S. So please file !!! We can stop people like this if we stick together. Also I am contacting MSN as this is where the free white teeth blog showed up. Unite !!!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
Went to internet site to order a trial offer of Max White Teeth for about $5.00. Checked credit card summary and found I had been charged the $5+ dollars and then charged again for $25.24 (I was also charged $0.25 for foreign processing). Request an address, if possible, to begin a class action suit - apparently, a lot of other people have also been ripped off by this company.

Unauthorized Charges
Max White Teeth charged my account $73.98 for a product I never authorized. I ordered a trial thru a different company and paid the S & H to them and now this charge appears. I called them and they said I have a subscription thru them. I told them I didnt authorize a subscription and I wanted my money back. They gave me an e-mail address and said if I put it in writing they would reimburse me. Never happened. Tried to call them again, they said no manager is available to talk to and because my "account" that I never authorized is closed, they cant reimburse me. They said they credited my account $40 but they cant credit the rest. The bank said I can dispute the charges though. Someone needs to do something about this company.

unauthorized charges of 78.93
May 1st I ordered a teeth whitening kit trial for shipping & handling charges of $4.99. I read all fine print and nowhere did it say you had to cancel within 14 days or that you would automatically default into their program. I want my money back and this company researched.

Unlawfully Took Money Out of Account
My Fiance ordered this "free kit" also and we were charged $78.93 on our bank acccount. It is worthless to even call them and demand your money back. We were on the phone for 30 minutes arguing with them. We even asked for a manager or supervisor and they said that there was none around.
I called my bank and told them and they refunded my money and disputed the charge with Max White Teeth. Most banks will do this if you call them and explain the situation. This is the easiest thing to do so you don't have to go through the frustration of going in circles with the "customer service" people", who I might add, don't speak english very good.

Charge of $78.93
Today when I looked at my bank account. I noticed I have been charge for something that I did not purchase. I was charged $78.93 from Max White Teeth. I just want my money back. Can someone help me ? my e-mail address is ( [email protected] ). |

Unauthorized charge
I woke up today and found a charge of $78.93 from this company. Absolutely no way did I authorize any such charge. I want my money returned to my account immediately!!

Onauthorized charge to credit card
I ordered a free trial of Max White Teeth whitener for $4.99. Which was sent to me with no further instructions of calling the company within 14 days. They charged my account $4.99. Two weeks
later they charged my accout $73.98. When I called they said I had entered into a membership and
was to have called them within 14 days if I wanted to cancel my order. Since I did not they cannot
refund the $73.98. They are crooks and I told them to cancel my supposed membership and not to
take one more cent out of my account and to return my $73.98. He, Shawn Fumke, said he would
cancel my membership and not charge any further money but could not return the $73.98.
Someone should do something about this for it is a dishonest business.

Unauthorized charges!
I noticed a couple of days ago I was charged $78.93 and $2.37 FOUR TIMES EACH from this company I have never heard of. I did a free trial of a teeth whitening kit from a different company. So I don't know how this happened. I've tried lookin them up online and there's nothing. Does this company exist or what??? How do I settle this??
