Manufacturing defects in Suspension, Shockers, Gear(Clutch) & Engine (Pick-up & Noise), I mentioned it several times during routine service of the vehicle since October 2005 & also explained it to regional office several times. When I ask them that I will file a case in Consumer Court they ask me to send the vehicle for repair in August 2008, but refuse to change the parts free of cost, Moreover they Intentionally damanged my Gear Box & Engine Alignment & Suspension system Because of that no Clutch plate is working in my vehicle. I have chaged 3 times my clutch plate since August 2008 in just 8000 kms every time they charge for clutch plate by saying it doesnt cover under any warranty. Latest they changed my clutch plate on 10th June 2009, 2nd time just within 2400 kms. Mileage of my vehicle is just 53000 kms now & I know they have damaged my vehicle Intentionally because of that I have spend more than Rs 20000 in last 1 year.
