During the winter months here in Tobyhanna, the snow can be over whelming and cause many problems with the mail boxes being knocked over and sometimes destroyed. My mailbox was put in properly when it was first installed. My neighbors have had problems keeping there's standing erect, and have been moved several times causing them to be misaligned and pushed further back by half a foot. Our route driver refused to deliver my mail and singled me out with the above reason. When I went to address the Post Master, there was no resolve only a condescending attitude and bias by both the Post Master and the carrier.

The display of mails by the employee and Post Master was unacceptable and I thought it necessary to bring this complaint to the service. The mail carrier also refuses to even get out of his vehicle to make a delivery, but will get out and deliver to some of the residents in the complex, such as my neighbor across the street. There may also be a legal issue afoot with this mail carrier and the Post Master aliening herself with the route carrier intentionally not making the delivery of my mail for over 3 weeks and as a result, I believe that this was Mail Tampering on the part of the mail carrier, and acceptance by the Post Master.
I would like to have this problem resolved immediately. And a letter of apology from the Post Master in Tobyhanna.

This is an attempt to resolve a matter before legal counsel is retained. Please answer this letter of complaint within 30 days.
