failed to deliver magazine
Ordered and paid for American Girl magazine for a gift for my niece...Dec. 2, 2010...still no delivery of magazine...all calls to Magazines USA are digital and say noone is available to take your call...and no return calls ..no magazine...no customer service! took my moneu...didn't deliver!

failure to deliver
I renewed a magazine with this company in September. My subscription expired in February and they never got the renewal notice/payment. I have been emailing Magazines USA for two months and have gotten nothing but false promises that they were tracking down "the problem." The only problem is with this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO LOSE MONEY!

Ordered Ranger Rick magazine in December as a Christmas gift for my grandson. April 5, 2010 still not delivered and voice mailboxes are full. Cannot reach company!

absence of customer service
A dreadful company. My credit card was charged within 48 hours, but 5 weeks later the publisher had no contact from them, and this was a renewal. Phones calls went unreturned. A fax was ignored. I did receive a couple of emails which quoted a policy that said I should get my weekly magazine in 2 to 4 weeks (for a new subscription). This was after 5 weeks. Avoid.

Order never delivered
I placed an order with Magazines USA in May, it is now September and the magazines never arrived. I have sent numerous emails, but to no avail. They did say they refunded me for an order which I never placed! Do not use this company, they are unreliable and terrible customer service follow through
