we bought 1 set machine from hebei xintian 6 months ago

when the machine arrived Turkey machine was second hand and
mal-functioning, we asked xintian to help us however they didnt help
we have lost more than 200 000 usd and lost our reputation
we believe xintian is hurting chinese name and make all the world blame
chinese reputation.xintian factory is a cold blooded thief and hurting customers
we warn you about xintian!!!
We have called factory many times and ask how can solve this problem?
Xintian people didnt open telephone and they never talked to us.
We have contacted Chinese Consulate in Turkey, they never interested in our problem.
