I purchased 3 Vehicles from this place and I've been going there for years for service work but I'm totally disgusted with how the service and quality of work recently declined in the last 5 years. A month ago, I had a major repair almost 2k worth of work done and not only a week later, experienced the same problem that brought me there in the first place. They claim they guarantee certain items but turn around and will charge you for a diagnostic fee again. It seems that because of the decline in sales and economy, they are trying to find other ways to make money including ripping off people for repairs. I found a mechanic that charged me a 4th of the price and claimed that there were other problems including oil in my spark plugs that they didn't report to me, fuel pump that had a leak and other problems etc etc. My advice is to find a great Mechanic which is what we did because these companies are hard up for money and they are not to be trusted. The other Lynnhaven dealer ship closed down….hmmm I wonder why? MONEY…lack there of.
