Do not do business with this company unless you are POSITIVE you do not have to return it. The directions to call for a refund given are wrong on their website so that was a hassel. By the time they deducted for the shipping and restocking fee it was over $130.00. Half what the item cost. Shop elsewhere!!!

Unlike many others, apparently, I had no trouble receiving the glass shelf I ordered. Since I determined that it wouldn't work in a bathroom remodel, I have tried repeatedly to get a return authorization from the company. My calls to customer service have been forwarded to an answering machine which takes the message, but - you guessed it - no one returns my call. This outfit gives internet shopping a bad name. How hard can it be to just answer the phone?
