This is not my personal experience, but I found the lovebootsus website for a co-worker who wanted to order UGG boots. She used her debit card, and after checking the status of the order, could not find anything about the order or the boots. Her debit card was charged twice and so far, no communication from the company. I'd be very careful with this one.

I ordered my boots two weeks ago...Nothing!!! I have e-mailed them a total of six times, no response.I contacted my bank and found i was charged to a place called "Deckers Outlet", I did call this place which is listed and was told they recieve several phone calls per day about this web site, which is apparantly totally bogus!!! I am in the process of disputing this charge and have learned a valuable lesson, I will most definiyely check next time for contact information, there is virtually no way to contact these people which should have been a sign!!!I am very disappointed in myself and this website, what a letdown!!!
