this report is in regards to loan market and their refusal to provide me with the 1 year fixed intrest rate which was clearly stated on the mortgage documents i signed with 3 straight intrest rate rises i contacted loan market to change my current variable rate however they advised me that the 1 year term was no longer available despite being in the contract i signed and my only option was to lock in at an even higher rate for 3 to 5 years which was much higher than other lenders with further rate rises on the way this is totaly unacceptable as such i demanded the 1 year fixed term that is clearly stated on my mortgage documents but to no avail steer clear of these greek con artists
